Shiatsu is a holistic Japanese body work. Through gentle, targeted pressure, stretches and mindful touch, the nervous system is calmed and the muscles are relaxed and self-awareness is trained - on a physical, emotional and mental level.

Massage Massages in companies
Would you like to offer your employees relaxing shiatsu massages in your office regularly? Sitting in front of the computer for hours can lead to chronic shoulder or back pain. Offering your employees regular shiatsu massages can have a positive effect on their long-term health.
I offer Shiatsu massages in companies. I bring a mobile, foldable massage chair with me (alternatively: a mobile, foldable massage table). If you are interested, please send an e-mail.
