about Shiatsu massage
​
Shiatsu is a holistic Japanese body work. Through gentle, targeted pressure, stretches and mindful touch, the nervous system is calmed and the muscles are relaxed and self-awareness is trained - on a physical, emotional and mental level.
​
(Shiatsu is not a healthcare profession in Germany. My Shiatsu massages are not medical massages.)

taster session (a short Shiatsu massage session)
• 20 mins – €25

​Suitable only for those who want to get to know about Shiatsu and receive a short Shiatsu massage as a trial (This is not a typical duration for a Shiatsu session.)

Exception: my clients who receive office massages and are used to short massages can choose this option.

An initial anamnesis (approx. 15-20 minutes) will be conducted before the first Shiatsu session. There are no additional costs for this consultation.​​​​

50% Discount for my clients through office massage

If you currently receive regular office massages from me, you will receive a 50% discount on the first two Shiatsu sessions in my shiatsu practice. Please mention this when booking.

Good news: Also those who received my office massage only once in the past (e.g., at company event), you can get this discount.

Taster session
Have you never gotten a Shiatsu massage before? Are you unsure whether Shiatsu massage is right for you? You are welcome to try a Shiatsu taster session (20-minute Shiatsu massage / 20€).​​​

Currently, you can only book 60-minute Shiatsu massages online using the online booking calendar below.

For Shiatsu massages for 30 or 45 minutes or for a Shiatsu taster session, please book an appointment with me via email.

If the booking function in the online calendar is not working correctly, please let me know via email.

If you want to cancel booking or change your booking date or time, check your appointment confirmation email and click "Reschedule" or "Cancel" and follow the instructions.
